Two Pennsylvania firm representing injury lawyers regarding the distribution of $2.08 million attorney’s fees has been transferred to Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the companies have another dispute regarding those identical fees.
Judge Terrence Nealon from the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas approved the motion of the defendant to change venue on April 14, citing that keeping the case within his court would load the various parties in the matter, all of whom have their headquarters in Philadelphia.
