The exclusions in the personal injury law firm’s policy together with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. prevent the firm from seeking protection of the defense costs when suing for privacy violations in an North Carolina federal court ruled.
Robert Bradley Van Laningham and his company Bradley Law Group failed to demonstrate that the lawsuit is covered under the Nationwide policy, US District Judge James Dever of the Eastern District of North Carolina said in his decision on Monday.
