State Police investigated a personal collision involving injuries that involved the tractor trailer that was overturned on I-90 located in Lancaster. –

Lancaster, NY – On September 29, 2022 about 22:30 p.m., State Police was called out to an accident which involved a tractor on I-90 located in Lancaster, Erie County.

The accident occurred near mile marker 411 in the area in the area between Depew the Pembroke exits. The tractor’s driver trailer Laura M. Winspear 25, of Oakfield, NY, was driving eastbound, when for reasons that are still being investigated she lost control over the tanker and left the roadway and was subsequently flipped over several times.

When Winspear was freed from the car After that, she was transported by air onto Erie County Medical Center for serious injuries not life-threatening. The tanker was carrying manure that had been drained into the road. Environmental Conservation Police responded to the scene and assisted with the incident. The spill was non-hazardous. The crash did not result in tickets being handed out as a result the incident.

All lanes were opened and delays in traffic were eliminated at around 9:15 p.m.
